General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the sale of digital products (eBooks) concluded between

and the customer via the website.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of digital content in the form of an eBook (PDF file), in particular a recipe collection for preparing meals in an air fryer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the order process and payment has been successfully made.

By completing the order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these GTC as well as the Privacy Policy and Withdrawal Policy.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The stated prices are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.

Payment is made via the following payment providers:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card

Access to the digital product is granted only after successful payment.

5. Provision of Digital Content

After successful payment, the customer receives access to a download link.

For security reasons, the eBook download is limited to a maximum of two downloads per IP address.

6. Copyright and Rights of Use

The offered content is protected by copyright.

The customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use.

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • to reproduce the eBook
  • to pass on the eBook or make it publicly available
  • to sell or commercially use the eBook
  • to copy, distribute, or publish content in whole or in part on social networks

In case of violations, we reserve the right to take legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

All content, especially recipes, was created to the best of our knowledge and based on our own experience.

However, no guarantee is given for the success of the recipes, as the result depends on individual factors such as ingredients, equipment, and preparation.

Any liability for damages, in particular due to improper use or allergies, is excluded.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The separate Withdrawal Policy listed on the website applies.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire early in accordance with statutory provisions.

9. Changes to Content

The provider reserves the right to change or update content at any time.

There is no entitlement to future updates.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

If individual provisions of these GTC are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
