Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier if:

  • the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires, and
  • the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that by giving consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Note

Since the offered product consists of digital content (eBook in PDF format), which is made available to the customer for download immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires when performance of the contract begins.
